The project will consist of 1 and 2 bedroom units divided up into 22 buildings and will be built in 4 phases. The total number of units Vistancia will have is 1122. Phases 1 and 4 will have 255 units each, and phases 2 and 3 will have 306 units each. Every building will be 7 stories high, with the 7th floor being the penthouse level. There will be elevators in every building.
Starting at the very entrance of the development, there will be a plaza with shops and professional services on both sides of the entrance connected by an overpass bridge. There will be a supermarket, a pharmacy, and various other businesses. There will be security on guard 24/7.
There will be 11 swimming pools. That’s 1 for every 2 buildings. There will also be a pet park, children’s park, recreational area, eco trail, BBQ area, restaurant, shaded eating areas, fountains, gym, spa, clubhouse, tennis courts, multipurpose court, and there may be other additions as well as the project progresses.
The 1 bedroom Type A, Units #1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are selling for only $39,525

The 1 bedroom Type B, Units #2, are selling for only $47,680
The 2 bedrooms, Units #8 and 9 are selling for only $61, 328
Now the penthouses
The 1 bedroom Type A, Units #3 and 4, are selling for only $56,984
The 2 bedroom Type B, Units #2 and 5, are selling for only $95,600
The 2 bedroom Type C, Units #1 and 6, are also selling for only $95,600
**These deals are only good for the first 50 units reserved and have the 10% down with signed agreement within 2 weeks after reserving. After the 50 units are sold, prices will go up.**
The payment plan established for this project is as follows:

Pay 10% down with signed agreement
Pay 30% during construction

Are these units built to withstand hurricanes, and to stop noise from traveling from one unit to another unit? They are delivering a lot faster than other buildings.
