- I might be late to the party, but really I wanted to take this off my chest. Rockstar has been disappointing me for YEARS now and they might do it again with GTA VI.

I remember that the reason why a PC port was not viable again back then when it released is because how horrible the code was. But Said in my comment for the re-release of RDR1 trailer. "COME ON RELEASE IT NOW ON PC IT'S ALREADY POWERFUL ENOUGH TO PLAY IT"
Yep, in this day and age with have the technology to make it run just fine on PC. It's a 14 year old game, of course it runs.

Closest PC port for red dead 1 is switch emulator
Been playing it as such and it's immensely beautiful
It's unfortunate that a proper pc port was never made
I spent the money for it on switch, loving it so far but yeah the 65 dollars was a little awkward for no said improvements on 10+ yr old game
Yeah, its almost like they have another game that makes them more money to work on
As if they'd lose money giving attention to other games by just giving them a PC port.
They could have done more but it was indeed improved. 60fps and 4k even though the textures are the same it is extremely sharp and honestly at some points looks better than rdr2 just due to not being a blurry foggy mess due to not having a next gen patch
That's not worth $50 imo
