When choosing eggs for incubation, it is important to identify & don`t use the eggs with 2 egg yolks. At the same time they are large and often want to use them. There are three signs of eggs with two yolks:
1) Most of the birds produce it in the first two months after the start of the ovipositor.
2) These eggs have an elongated shape.
3) You can see the number of yolks while candling.
You can enlighten the eggs without special devices by using the flashlight and your own hand.
