thanks for this video; based on your comments, the Mini will be my choice as ALL I will use it for is streaming and connecting it via optical to an external DAC. My wifi router is within arms reach of where the streamer will sit; my only concern is whether an ethernet connection is a better option? cheers

I did receive a USB power adapter with my WiiM mini. I am in the US, maybe that's part of it.
