Coach Justin, I have been watching you a lot, I used to hit ground balls to short and third every time and because of you, I’m hitting like drives in outfield, thank you so much!
Justin- what type of drills do you suggest for my 9u on inside pitches. He is always worried that the inside pitch is going to hit him. instead of turning on it and driving the ball, he turns his body with his back at the pitcher thinking the ball is headed straight to him.

Yes I can! The biggest thing is to ANTICIPATE swinging at every pitch. You have to tell yourself, "I'm swinging until it's a ball!"
