@ Well the university or maybe even the SWAC has to fund bands attending the SWAC championship. They didn’t attend the regular season game. PV doesn’t travel much. It’s always been that way even when I was there in the early 2000’s. It got a little better with travel 2015-2019 but since Covid they have not been traveling much again. Funds aren’t being allocated for the band to travel outside Texas and Louisiana I guess.
