For me, at the age of 12, my left has moved a little toward the left my vision is a little blurry but my right is completely fine do I really need surgery I am 13 currently
I would think no sine it isn't severe. You probably need to limit time on a phone or at a computer as that can create an inward eye turn or make it worse if you already have a tendency for esotropia. Have you done vision therapy? It would probably really help.

Have you been diagnosed with nystagmus? It isn't common, but is definitely possible.
