very good initiative but I believe the conversation could do with a bit more structure. i would be interested to hear your thoughts on our perennial debt problems and how we can extricate ourselves from it. you could interrogate the two parties' manifestos and assess whether any of them focuses on fiscal discipline or proposes any practical solutions with regards to debt. I personally haven't had the opportunity to review the manifestos but if it is going to be more borrowing for consumption and politically motivated projects for kickbacks then the country is doomed! These wicked politicians are borrowing colossal amounts of money in your name to share amongst themselves and we must act on it before it is too late! I am not sure if we are going to have another chance at HIPC status ie our debts being forgiven and what the conditions will be for that status to be achieved. They have already mortgaged/squandered our natural resources which they should be holding in trust for generations unborn. The situation is dire and most of the country's youth are unware of it.
Funny enough, the people (youth) themselves don't even know what they want. Most of them will say jobs but they can't even tell you the skills they have to be employable. Most Ghanaian university graduates cannot even write an email. A COMMON Email will sweat them. My advice to a Ghanaian youth would be first to acquire a marketable skill. And then find a way to put that skill to use. Most Ghanaian youths don't have any skills at all. They can't do anything either with their hands or their minds. Most just have degrees papers from institutions that continue to push the same nonsense. You can continue to blame the government all want but in our part of the world governments are a failure and will continue to fail the people. Only you have the power to change your situation.
As for me.... I won't exercise myFranchise this year % cos I've no benefits as my brother said 😞 Basically, I'm not interested in Politics now and Forever in My life..

The citizens are the problem. Those in charge knows the citizens are spineless.
But Code why should options be limited to only NPP and NDC though?? This is our problem, fixated mindset.
