- I have to say what a wonderful group of folks over at Spring Hill Baptist Church are for having me today as part of Homecoming. I should also probably apologize for the snot and tears all over ya'll good piano. Like I told the crowd today, when my Jesus settles down around me in the midst of a song, I can't help but weep. He like to sneak up on me like that sometimes. But, Lord, I am one more ugly crier. All that lip trembling and face contorting trying not to holler.
I'm home. It's raining steady outside. Voice is a little tired, and I need some sleep. Three piano moves tomorrow starting extra early, praise God. I'm going to seek some rest here shortly, but as I drove home, I let my mind wander over the goodness in my life presently. This little praise from years past came to mind, so before I slip off for a few days and take care of business, let me leave you all with my heart's sentiments. Be blessed, be encouraged, do something good for somebody this week. Much love to you all!

While the internet (as everything else in this life) has its good and bad points/uses. Its entirely up to us, which side of the equation we choose to be on. I for one, choose to be on the good/positive side. I am elated that, even though this rendition was posted almost two years ago to date, its anointing remains fresh (to everyone who listens to it). We have sooooooooo much to thank God for, every mili-second of every breath of our lives, there is no reason to stop thanking Him for His love, mercy, goodness, grace, and caring toward us. If we should attempt to come up with words to say "THANK YOU LORD," we would fail dangerously. THANK GOODNESS for a special selection such as this. This take care of our shortcomings in that area, where our vocabulary fails us. Even your four-legged companion is enjoying this gracefully. When their minds are at ease and they have no care in the world, they exhibit those sentiments by just lying down and relaxing. Amazingly, they're also good judges of character. I AGAIN encourage you to keep on playing and singing. Your promised mansion awaits you. Keep singing and playing your heart out for the Lord (and to us, by extension).

You don't have to go to church to have the Lord in your heart but I wouldn't recommend it Sister. Here's some reasons why to find you a Bible-believing church. #1: Serving others (Hebrews 6:10), #2: Being around your family. I wouldn't want to never see my physical brother nor my spiritual brothers and sisters (1 John 3:14). #3: Obeying His Word (Hebrews 10:25). Going to church is a commandment in the Word of God. You can love and know God without going but you'll never know Him the way you would if you obeyed His Word and got in His house with His people. God bless
