Around 1987/88 I made a mineralogram test of my hair . The result came back with a explanation of the importance of each mineral . I remember that about copper said that was a mineral very important for the bones because copper form like a net in the bones to allow the calcium to deposit . Without copper the calcium cannot be fix .
May be for this reason in India the doctors of Siddha medical system , in case of bone fracture they made the patients to wear a ring, in the hand or feet , or a bracelet made of copper .

Human bones are not made of 76 different minerals. Bones are primarily composed of a matrix of collagen (a protein) and a mineral called hydroxyapatite, which consists mostly of calcium and phosphate. While other trace minerals like magnesium, sodium, potassium, and fluoride are present in bone, the number of different minerals is far fewer than 76. Calcium and phosphate are the predominant minerals that give bones their strength and structure.

Also vitamin K in green leafy veggetables making your blood THICK, cause it is vit K1, not K2. Everything must be taken in moderation. Also minerals in Celtic salt - absolutely ot enough. Yes, companies must sell that expensive salt and I am using it myself for many years. Of coarse it is not even comparable with Morton-umbrella salt. But far-far away from daily NEEDED dose of Minerals, and trace minerals. Copper must be taken but away from Zink, cause they are adtagonists. There ar many newanses that nobody tells people that's why ppl are so depleted with many nutrients.

      I need help Dr. O'Neill.
I have had a hemorrhagic stroke for 5 years.
All doctors gave meds that hurt me more than help me
They told me to take BP pill, high cholesterol pill, baclephon, pregabalin.
I have more extreme everything 24x7. tingling, numbers , heaviness, stiffness, pain and loss of sleep. Now i loss my balance and am not able to walk without a walker anymore. The pain and heaviness and cannot walk further than 1/6 miles at a time. I used to walk 5 miles daily
It has a cycle that I can't get out of. I don't know the natural remedy to help me out of this circle.
I went to more than 15 doctors and a lot of therapy programs across the country. Nothing is successful except money generating machine

"If you steam or boil your spinach, you will decrease the oxalate content by 30-85%. (You could wash and mash the spinach leaves, however that will only remove some particles of oxalate). You can also reduce oxalate by cutting out the stalks. The stalks contain more oxalate than the leaves themselves." (Google information!..)

You can also consume cheese/dairy with the spinach and it will help eliminate the oxlates.

@HealthReportDocs i turned to a carnivore diet, away from 20 plus years of being a vegetarian, when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 3 years ago. My bone scores have improved. As of 3 weeks ago. My spine is now in osteopenia, and my hips barely osteoporosis. Bone quality is great per Echolight scan. This is along with exercise, supplements of magnesium glycinate, boron, and silica. I'm also on biodentical hormone replacement therapy. No osteo meds.

Is there something I can take to help rebuild my joints. I am in my 50’s and have been told I have the joints of a woman pushing 80. I have replaced one hip, removed a big toe joint and fused it and now the other big toe joint has arthritis and needs to be removed, I have had to fuse C4,C5,C6 & C7 in my neck, my L4-L5 will need to be fused and my left knee is going. Please any help regarding joints I would appreciate. I can’t afford or can handle anymore surgeries.😢

Talk to a Nutritionist and Dietician about you're diet
Vit D with Vit K2 Mk7 and natural forms of calcium as in green leafy veggies and or cheese etc
      Glucosamine for joints
Avoid shellfish and crabs or tomatoes in excess or refined flour products etc to slow down arthritis
Arthritis is where body's own Immunity is compromised and attacks own joints
Have an arthritis consult keep smiling you will overcome

Thank you for all the tips you listed. I do take glucosamine and I eat very little of the nightshade family because I noticed whenever I had a lot of tomatoes, eggplant, or peppers my joints flared up really bad. I have never heard of mk7 I will check that out.

@@JMK6868 You can have natural vit K2 - mk7 in Natto, a japenese dish made out of fermented soy, for the convenient, you can take it as tablets too, therefore it's called Nattokinase. Beware of it's tendency to thin the blood if you are under blood thinner medication. Many benefits in Nattokinase.
Btw, your issues are mainly about nutrition and lifestyle (stress, breath, adequat exercices or moving the body), and a part of emotional unresolved (it always affect any physical issues !), for this, look for a good practitionner,
I recommand the approach described in this channel, I personnally used this method to heal myself 10 years ago, and still use it to maintain a healthy and balance emotional life 😍, good luck, your body will recover with proper care :
