Nice to see recovery with this elder bear. Agency handled him in the best humane way. Elder bear has sad eyes. He's been through so much with fires and no food. Bless these kind fellows to humanly help him out from under that home. Pray his bew habitat he can find some bear friends. Animals have been through trauma with the fires. Natural habitat is being destroyed due to continued development. Bear had some tasty treats before being released. Feel sad for this elderly bear. Pray he will be ok 🙏🫶
Thank you for relocating this bear. Here, in Minnesota, the DNR often just shoots the animal without even trying to relocate. They are gun happy hunters. Hope the 🐻 bear will like its new location.
He is beary cute
Aww, glad it survived the fire❤
His Lyft driver refused him so he decided to look for some picnic baskets and then fell asleep under the house.
He looks so sad
His home was burned down.
He found shelter and was chased, drugged and evicted. The New Year ain’t so happy !
He just woke up. 🐻
He can come live with me 🥰
I’ll adopt him. 😊
The poor baby had no where else to go. There should be more wildlife conservation and sanctuaries for them.
Barry the Bear kept hearing rumors that women would rather be in a forest with a bear than a man, so he came on down to Altadena to introduce himself.
What a great public servant!
They often struggle when they are relocated. Hope they left him that food too so he is not seriously hungry.
Im glad no harm came to the bear ...hopefully it stays safe
Did they check his pockets for matches?
The bear waved goodbye 👋🏽
Yes he did I think he said goodbye and thank you he had a good lunch
520 lbs of a black bear. WOW! 🐻
Poor bear prob traumatized. He prob lost his home too!
The bear was running from ice.
He is a big beautiful fellow and he is very handsome and I'm so glad they got him out too and Barry is the best name ever❤🎉❤🎉😊
If I was the home owner all my thoughts would be with the bear. He probably just escaped the fire.
How nice! They fed him, then they tranquilize him and then pulled a Diddy on him. WOW 😮😳

I hope the baby makes it through this tragedy.
“Chase him out from under the home” ? Humans have ALREADY done that to him with the fire. It’s so good that he wasn’t hurt.
okay he just sleepy. He just wanted to sleep from the wake up of the fire.
He's about the same size as that 500 lb women who was refused a ride by Lyft the other day.
Humans aren’t supposed to get that big.
It’s an everyday struggle to stay under 200 pounds. Which is a lot of weight. But, it can be done. 😉
Noted, Lyft won't accept bears that weigh 500lbs
@@melviasheppard8466 I've been on low-dose naltrexone for Hashimoto's. I've gone from the low 160s to 138 eating 3000 calories a day. Fascinating.
Unbearable

There are a few here and there, surrounded by destruction.

Bear should be hibernating 😂

Is that the smiling Pasadena Bear?
Bears are getting too cozy with humans.
I'm surprised they didn't take the bear to a Chinese buffet.

Well, rotisserie chickens, apples, and peanut butter sound like the components of a picnic to me!
