I'm an owner of Star City+ bs6 disc from last 2 years.... that LED headlight is simply great! TVS makes the best LED headlights I can say after comparing with other brands.
I bought a new TVS Star City Plus BS6 , duel tone...blue - silver, front disc varient in 2021 .. smooth riding and handling... refined engine...👍👍👍👍

I'm already used TVS Star City plus bs6 2023 feel like a mini apache and instunt pick up and power 0 to 50/60 kmph esiliye achieved and most practical motor cycle & solid built quality all rounder bike easy to used hill area & bad road condition
Milage 60 to 65 kmpl and bike riding time feel like a 125 cc ride

Cb shine only 4 gears, SP shine has 5gears
New BS6 Shine 5 gears all up pattern.
SP BS6 have 1 down and 4 up gears.
5 gears means more mileage..( approx 65kmpl.)
I have shine bs6 disc 2020 model. My experience is:
Mileage 70+kmpl in economy range.
Excellent Performance. (Need to downshift after slowing down)
Smooth till 70kmph.
Superb handing.
Breaking is v good on good surface and slippery on v bad surface.
Suspensions feels enjoyable on good roads and irritating on bad roads.
Headlight visible not good.
Seat is long n wide and on stiffer side and good for long rides.
Service intervals are long, once in 6months or 6k kms.
Overall Light weight bike.
Plastic or fiber quality is also good.
5th gear helps in good mileage below 60kmph and relaxed ride even at 70-80kmph.
Gear shifts are v good. No false neutrals at all because all gears are up only.
Gets over heat around catalytic converter.
Though rear tyre is thin, mrf tyres are good. Wet grip is good and slippery on sandy roads.
Star City ka 17th yrs legacy continue in my House . 🎉
