I think the cost may be the main reason. In the last few months she has been back and forth between Europe, Asia and the US multiple times. Any time she was touring it would be more money on hotels, travel expenses, basic expenses and actually just paying the musician's. Maybe in future there will be a live band, at least some of the time. The group sometimes did.

Not in my opinion. Her show is based on performance and movements. They would just be a hinder.
