You cannot randomly put some one in prison just because he tweeted something which is more of an advice or suggestion to a government. Savukku is wrong when asking why of all the people Maridas should be the only person to provide such an advice or question the govt. Why not? Anyone can provide a suggestion or caution the govt and just for doing that he/she cannot be put in jail. The judge appears to have provided the correct judgment.
Same judge gave a favorable judgements to Tablighi Jamaat saying the government was unjust and unfair. I don't think the judge is anywhere to be blamed.
