Chocolate sponge cake:

* Cocoa - 40 gr.
Mold diameter 20 cm:
Ice cream flavored cream Sundae:
* Milk - 500 ml.
* Eggs - 2 pcs.
* Sugar - 120 gr.
* Corn starch - 40 gr.
* Vanilla sugar - 10 gr.
* Butter 82.5% room temperature - 150 gr.
Impregnation:
* Milk - about 50 g. (depending on what kind of cakes you like: drier or moister)
Glaze:
* Chocolate - 200 gr.
* Butter 82.5% - 60 gr.
