HARVESTING IN AMISH LAND...Baling Hay in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with the Amish and English

Come along and see hay being harvested in Lancaster County's Amish Land. Watch as horses pull small bale balers and round balers. Watch also as an "English" farmer bales with a small bale baler with a kicker...kicking the bales onto the hay wagon.

Brings back memories of baling hay on my Grandfathers farm back in the 50s and 60s as a kid. The unloading in the barn in temps in the 90s . up near the slate roof was the worst part.
