This is Necrofantasia, Yukari Yakumo's theme from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom.
A well maintained piano with sensitive keys would be able to play most of this, keyboards, not as likely because of electronic response delay, the sounds would bleed together. The biggest problem is the person/people don't have the reflexes to play this, the sound would come out muddy and timing would not be able to be maintained. The big problem with some of the notes is where they are basically right on top of each other, that's speed a person could not maintain.
You can, just not all of the parts at the same time. If you simplify it, you can just play the chords and the melody together at the same time
You know, I can play something very similar to this. It involves me flipping and flailing on top of my piano. It is beautiful and has made many people cry...or bleed :)
And I swear I got hypnotized some how....
There are fishes, who can breath in or out of water and even travel through land till another pond.
OK, here I will say that this would take at least 20 highly skilled piano players and at least 5 different pianos. It would take months of training to play a portion of this song without messing up.
I'm Japanese American. This should be a band arrangement.

I played this a few times. The trick is to lay down on the piano and shake your body like a fish out of water. It takes practice.

You don't actually have to play all notes, you just play the blue ones (if playing the piano) or just the green ones (if youre a woodwind instrument) ect

Yukari, Ran, Chen, Yuyuko, Youmu, and a large army of ghosts and cherry trees can play this with several pianos, easily.

Yeah, well I go through phases of anime, if that makes sense. X) I like certain animes more than others for a short period of time. (Maybe a month or so.) I was going through a phase with soul eater when I made the account. ^^ My current Phase would either be Sword Art Online or Katekyo Hitman Reborn.
