Just imagine showing the 3rd game to a HS player 10 years ago....having two 15/15 on board by turn 5 and yet almost losing while your opponent has zero minions
Hey, Chump! Some quick ideas for the next videos: 1. Deep Space Curator (maybe try to bounce it to use its Spellburst multiple times or try to Coin before playing it on turn 10, so you can play Tsunami as well while summoning an 8-Cost minion) 2. Overheal with Anchorite + Crazed Alchemist 3. Some sort of fun way of knocking out the opponent using a bunch of Arkwing Pilots 4. Lucky Comet triggering Combos twice 5. Stalwart Avenger + Outfit Tailor
@@Allstaar1117 why? He got no Symphony in the deck, so he gets permanently damaged by fatigue. 1+2+3+4 = 10 damage over the wheel turns. So Kiljaden is at least "Heal 10 and gain resources".
@dimjumper9795 the real reason is antisynergy with fanotem. Kiljaeden makes fanotem permanently max cost. he wanted to have plenty of targets for forge of wills, and a 15/15 taunt lifesteal has more immediate impact that a vanilla 7/7 that prevents fatigue.
i thought the same as u, but kil jaeden is actually too slow, it does deny fatigue damage and generates a bit of value but its still 7 mana investment in a deck where you potentially have to board clear every turn for 5 turns or just invest ur mana in other stuff like starship, exodar etc basically its 7 mana that wont answer any threat, and if you have a turn to play it might aswell use the turn to wheel of death
Hi guys, I really liked the idea of this deck and love warlock in general. But I'm thorn between creating this deck and the asteroid shaman. I've got around 5k dust saved and I'm not sure which ones if those 2 can be better one for climbing? 😑
Surprised no Kil'jaeden in this deck to mitigate fatigue, but on the other hand it's not needed. up til a few or so days ago, i was running a Reno Wheel (control) but it's only 50ish percent win rate now and elemental mage and asteroid shaman are always a lost. That said, this looks more promising though I'll admit that I thought starship was weak/not fast enough vs aggro but this vid shows otherwise. Thanks Chump for renewing my faith in warlock. Will give this a try.
Ooh, wheel warlock was nice in the beginning of whizbang workshop before the warlock nerfs, i really hope this deck to return, cause it was a nice deck
Is it normal for quasar rogue to run incindeus? I was playing armor druid and had like 50 health by the time they got their quasar set up, but they were running quasar and still managed to burst me down and honestly quite easily
I think that's the slower variant running around. There's some that just try to throw spells/weapons face and others that shuffle damage like incindeus and meteors. The later has a higher total output for sure.
25:05 Sorry, I haven't played in over a year, but can someone explain why the shaman starts with 3 mana on this turn instead of 5? They didn't overload the turn before, as far as I can tell
At 24:11 they play Planetary Navigator, which makes your next Draenei (new minion type) cost 2 less but Overload for 2. That was why the Lunar Trailblazer was only 3, and it Overloaded them for turn 5. Hope that clears it up!
@@kourii Thanks for the explanation - I went back to turn 3 and saw them play the location, and I thought that was the sole reason for the discount on the minion. Should've looked one turn earlier.
@@alysondavy2485 They didn't mention Fanotem tho. You can play Wheel and then Kil'jaden, or Kil'jaden and then wheel and is exactly the same effect. You start the countdown and get an infinite deck.
youll get a kiljaden portal, wheel isnt a permanent effect people overvalue it though, taking 4 fatigue ticks isnt a big deal and you dont really wanna play random demons you wanna play board clears
In Chump's defense, Hearthstone's music has always been quite obnoxious. I understand you can't just use any track you want in UA-cam, but I think I'd rather have silence than hearing that sax again.

The ceaseless expanse dropping from 72 to 44 mana in a single turn from the rogue is crazy! 16:32

@@jdrukman same I remember when turn 2 4/5 yeti was auto win :D
It's basically discount YuGi-Oh now, except you can't even interact with your opponents turn.

Where’s Kil’jaden?
Why would you run this in this deck? It deletes your wheel if you didn’t draw it and is terrible After you use the wheel

Thats wheely interesting mr chomp thanks for posting I think you're a neat fella
11:44 I'm 99% sure the correct play here is to literally ignore the starship piece to play around the 6 drop as Chump can't kill it himself.

Why drain soul over health drink?
I assume so that it can be used alongside The Exodar to activate the Starship's potential Spellburst.

PERFECT HUH, OH WHEELY?
why not whith killjaden?
Still waiting for a Mystified To'Cha deck
If i play wheel and next turn i play Kiljaden. What will happen?
In that particular scenario Kil'jaden would do what it says that does in the card.
They are not mutually exclusive.
Then you will probably die considering you spent 15 mana doing nothing

What a bad design for a card 😢
