Good question. There is no correct answer to this because it would really depend on your cargo size. For example, if you are going to do a 40' container to USA and send small package (50 KGS) to Canada, I would recommend this. For example, if you are going to do a 40' container to USA and send 30 CBM which is 20' container to Canada, I wouldnt recommend this. You better off sending 1x20' container to USA and 1x20' to Canada. If you have 2 small shipments like 50 KGS each, one cargo to each country is best.

Can you sell it FOB price? you can sell whatever the price you want, it is your product. FCA is new and update FOB term; however, people are still using FOB.
I have ordered product from Thialand for my Amazon FBA. I decided to get the units delivered to my home so I can inspect the product and make sure the product is legit. The supplier has given us free shipping however, now the shipping company (Crown Global Express Shipping) that the supplier has chosen to use, is now asking us to Western Union $105 for VAT/taxes and $250 for insurance.
