I had heard that Ryan himself pushed to have "With or Without You" added as a solo for him (#9). He did pretty well with it. My favorite is #2 "Here to Stay" - not an easy song for the singers or the dancers! Amazing that those kids were doing that in junior high - most of them are my age. We really had taste when it came to music - the 80s weren't all that bad after all - tie dyed shirts had made a comeback around 1988 haha. #1 song also has some tough moves for the dancers - Gina was a seasoned veteran in her fifth year so she always was on track.

Ryan was great..i did miss him in 89..season 6 was decent...it dont think it completely feel apart..maybe a bit but in teh 90s while it was pretty good...it wasnt as good as 84-89...I would have kept Connie in season 6..and The kid and Renee should have stayed a lil longer...yes i did wish Ryan would have stayed in 89...He did seem to have good rapport with all the band members
Seasons 4-6 were tops for me cuz of Richie, the drummer. Even though his drumming was dubbed, his solo with IS THIS LOVE was dope. I could relate to Richie.

Second reason is it would have look better when Richie was on the drums so their would still be 5 kids up front and maybe she would have solos if she was.
Kids incorporated was a troubled show that had trouble getting commitments from tptb. It's a question of how long do you wait especially if you have other offers.

Pinkthing11 I wouldn't mind seeing a compilation of ALL Kids Incorporated original music. not just the covers of other musicians. I always wondered if the "other" unlisted adults were studio personnel like an assistant producer director or one of the stage crew. The "scout" in the #1 selection.
i really think the roster was wack until Hewitt, Ford and Eric took over. Martka was just kind of annoying, Stacy wasnt really very talented at all yet, and puett had a weird old person face she hadnt grown into yet
MavidyatunesI think was because the one dance move slide on their knees and maybe the slide make the knees ache without them. Maybe should have wore under the sweatpants then it wouldn't been noticeable as much.
They both have kneepads - sliding on hard concrete with bare knees - not good even if you are only 13. Dee just opted to wear them underneath his sweats. They would have gotten stained with the floor or even ripped with time - hence Brian wore his on the outside.
