I got my daughter a new generation an I’m happy I went with the cheaper on because she doesn’t play with her or touch her at all!! She’s only 5 so maybe when she’s older she will be more into it. I was really surprised because she loves baby dolls. She would love the bitty baby version though I didn’t know they had those!

My son will be 17 months this year, it will be his first really involved Christmas so I’m very excited this year. I love this video and I have watched your similar videos for at least 3 years now. My son is super into the Periodic Table at 6. So we got him a periodic tabke poster for his room and an acrylic block with many of the periodic table elements in it (ofcourse not the radioactive ones LOL). Just Wednesday online I was able to purchase $255 worth of Legos for $115 at Walmart. They had a killer Lego sale some $69.97 sets were $30!! So we are set for birthday, Christmas, Easter, and something to do in the incredibly hot summers we have when we neeed to stay in due to heat.

How do you earn the gift cards? Love these gifts !!
Thank you! Most of them we earn through our credit card points. We purchase most things on our credit card and then pay them off each month to avoid paying interest. Then we choose to use the points once a year to get gift cards to help with Christmas. This year we did earn a few from a rewards program with our insurance as well.
@@melesawe do this too. We get a lot of free stuff from Bass Pro. I just got a pair of Hoka running shoes and only paid maybe $40 out of pocket. ❤❤❤
Those bracelets are sold out! Bummer such a good idea to look for deals throughout the year. Amazon makes things more expensive as it get closer to Christmas.

Love the video. Not sure if your aware but the “my generation dolls”” there clothing and accessories will fit America girl. When my daughter was younger I bought some stuff American girl other things especially the accessories in my generation saved a lot of money that way. My children are know adults 21 and 34 already got a lot of shopping done. I never get it done this early. Will be looking forward to your other videos

How do you save things on Amazon?
I make lists for each child. You can go to you Amazon account and then it should say “Your Lists.” You can then create different lists and choose a name for it. When you want to add something to it, go to the item and scroll down under “Add to Cart” and it will have a link that says “Add to List.” When you click on that, you can choose which list to add it to.
On prime day or periodically I check the lists to see if anything is on a good sale and it’s something I want to buy for birthdays or Christmas.

Yea I already almost finished my almost 4 year olds Christmas shopping she wants a ride on electric Jeep It’s 300$ so I think that’s the only thing left I have to get her cuz her main two gifts she wanted was a mop and broom set and a little tikes refrigerator cuz of the ice cube thing😂 so got those then I got her a few other little things like the last Octonauts character she doesn’t have and few other things so only thing left to buy is the electric jeep but I’m going to wait till Black Friday to buy it even if it’s not on sale I’m still gunna buy it it’s just big and I’ll have to hide it in the garage so I wanna buy it closer to Christmas I’ll have to throw a sheet on the box or something to hide it 😂 and her birthday is in February so I got the things she asked for and just a few other things and I figured I won’t go crazy since she is going to have a birthday a month after Christmas and be getting more stuff lol
And I have to figure out what to tell my sister to get her cuz idk and her birthday is in February so idk what the heck I’m gunna get her for her birthday since she’s getting everything I can think of that she wants for christmas cuz she doesn’t ask for much lol
Those are great gifts! Play kitchen and cleaning toys are always a hit with my kids around that age. Big things are so hard, I like to purchase early but yes it’s hard to find a place to hide them.
@@Emily-uq3to I have two kids with birthdays right after Christmas so I understand! Hopefully these types of videos will give you some ideas and you can find some more things she will like to give ideas to family. I usually tell family anything we didn’t get that was on their lists, add ons to gifts we got, outside toys, clothes, books, activity kits, sticker books.

I'm from Australia so some prices are different which was interesting...I do my Christmas shopping at toy sale time in june/July so get things on sale my baby is over 3 1/2, got her a fur real dino $40, a cars garage for $35, a cars duplo set for I think less then $30 maybe $22, and a plane the lights up and spins $30 so went over the hundred , went all out with sc this year as first year she gets it, she loves any hidden egg time of toy and I got her into doorables oops lol, so she getting 3 little peeks $7.20 each, a car one $15, and a locker $7, a Mario egg$8, Disney egg$2, 2 cars books$5each, a fishing game$10, some chalk$5, some textas$10, I think that's it, like I said gone all out on Santa this year and I keep adding but under a $80 so not bad, so Christmas just over $200 I can't wait this year, she now loves the Mario movie and wants them bad, I'm tempted but I got 2 little ones for her to give me and dad, as I got brought a 5 line race track for my mum to give her, I'd love to get her a Mario track but so expensive, I love gift giving and I put a lot lot lot of thought time and late hours getting her what I can and as cheap as I can, and yes she's a bit of a tom boy which I love lol, I was too, I can't wait this year so fun

Are you not afraid of your children choking on some of those toys? I have a 18 month old and I have a 6 month old and they would be no way I would give them those toys?
All the toys that are specifically for the 18 month old are not choking hazards. The ladybug toy does have small flowers so that will just be used when I’m around. Having older kids comes with small toys so all of those are kept out of reach or behind closed doors in their rooms. Kids are kids so we do have to be diligent about making sure they stay in those areas.
If your constantly watching your kids and not leaving them alone if they are around small chokable toys then what does it matter….. idk about you but that’s what I do
