Great success! Its amazing how Kyobijin went from totally rootless fan to a nice looking plant. You are very patient person. I would probably just throw it away. But look at them now, your patience paid of. Nice to know about water culture trick!
Great update! I got mine approximately at the same time as your. Been sitting cold, dry and sunny all winter, so not much has happening. This week I noticed some new growth, so exciting! 😀👍
For some reason I did not receive the notification of this video you posted.. And now it popped out and I wonder why these things happen. Anyway, I have to congratulate you on your success. They are already taking off, you literally resuscitated them, great job. I am not particularly successful with Neos and as a matter of fact I also decided to place one of mine in WC as it was looking dehydrated and very stingy on the root front. I did it only recently so your experience gives me hope for good results 😍

You could well be right, they were slow and did little last year, and now when the other Neos are sprouting roots a lot of these pieces of Neo are also perking up. Thanks for watching and have a great day 😀

wow. i would have asked for a refund if the vendor sent me plants without roots
