🧑 50 Celebrities Who Are Heavy Smokers in 2024

- Опубліковано 27 лип 2023
- This listing appears to show the stunning variety of celebrities who smoke. With all of the terrible fitness troubles that go alongside smoking cigarettes, it is tough to consider that many celebrities nonetheless have the habit. There are, nevertheless, quite a few well-known actors, truth stars, and singers who smoke cigarettes.
Other movie stars who smoke encompass Lady Gaga and Zayn Malik. Paparazzi frequently trap these movie star girls smoking whilst out and about. Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly among some other A-list actors who smoke. But he is definitely now not the sole Hollywood smoker. Below, when possible, you may see pix of TV stars smoking, as properly as younger musicians, like Zayn Malik.

Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.
YES sure of Dr.benfungi. Did straight shrooms in few days. Left me like a blank slate after words, no more addictions, pains, ptsd and depression. Shit saved my life, all thanks to Dr.benfungi
Yes he's Dr.benfungi.Shrooms to me is a natrual healer. I know a guy who has used mushrooms in the same way and they have really helped him. mah dudes have safe trips all.
From my experience it really works excellently! It doesnt even need to be a full hit. With potent shrooms 2-3 small ones will still make a clear difference. It will be a few hour cosy rumbling moment around rest time, but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different dudes, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later,
I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.
I am a 65 year old man, and my Dad and most of my relatives were chain smokers. One of my chores as a small boy was emptying the ashtrays when visiting relatives or when they visited us. One Aunt smoked more than the rest, and she even chain smoked while nursing babies! ALL of these people died from illnesses related to smoking, and many of them died truly agonizing deaths.
dont forget alcohol and weed too
And fatties!!! Ugh!

Quit. Quit. Little piece overtake your life
Remember when you took trips in the car with the windows up and three smokers inside with you. I do.
@@mariajoseuseromatute515 Yes I do, but we usually had more than three smokers sometimes in a car----especially when visiting or hosting relatives. These smokers were real pros----most of them smoked Lucky Strike or Camel. One Uncle even had a battery operated cigarette rolling machine. He created his own custom cigarettes----with no filters!
My mom struggled with this all of her life. She passed away at 49 years old. She had emphysema, and it still breaks my heart that I lost my mom when I was only 15 years old I never took up the habit because I saw what it did to my mom, I know it’s extremely difficult to quit to everyone out there that is struggling with this. I hope you’re able to beat this and quit.🙏🏻♥️

@@TheNecropolis20 i’m 68. I’m hoping to be around a lot longer. I’ve learned from watching people in my family self-destruct through alcohol and prescription medication. It’s heartbreaking. I decided when I was seven or eight years old. I didn’t want to go down that road and end up like my poor mom, or the other members of my family that are not able to get a handle on it
Lost a grandparent to emphysema it’s like watching a person drown in slow motion. It took him 3 agonizing years.
Emphysema took my dad when he was 59 years old.
I recently heard that Keith Richards quit smoking a few years ago. John Cougar Mellencamp has been a smoker for a long time. I quit 2014 after 28 years
I watched both my parents die of cigarettes. My Dad had lung cancer. He was in such pain for so long. My Mom's vains collapsed so she couldn't have an IV at the end of her life. Please think twice everyone that smokes.😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
It is never too late to quit. I started at 18 and stopped in 2020 at the age of 72. I was astonished by how much money I was wasting on cigarettes, Also, guys, did you know that smoking can cause impotence?
And at the age of 72 you still care to get it up ? 🤣🤣😂😂👍👍

I agree. And there are a number of professional singers. You'd think they'd be way more cognizant. 💁♂️
Women may be doing it to stay thin 🤔🤔
@luvcats120 it's exactly why.
That's not true. Smoking doesn't make anyone lose weight, now some people, men and women may gain weight when they quit because they eat more to keep their hands busy.. But to say women may smoke to stay thin is crazy@@luvcats120

Non smoker here. IF smokers knew how awful they smell, the stench comes out of their pores. I can't stand that odor.

@@jimmydeanpatterson1422 Not as bad as a dead body being pulled out of water.
I'm not sure why we make such a big deal about celebrities who are smokers. Outside of their notoriety, they're no different than the rest of us, and among the rest of us there are more than enough people in ever walk of life who still smoke. If you are flabbergasted by seeing all these entertainers who indulge, you would be absolutely stunned by the number of athletes who also have nicotine habits.
And I guarantee you that for most of the people on this list, tobacco is not the only substance they smoke.
It is called putting people on a pedestal. Most people think that celebrities are somehow better than the rest of us mere mortals.
Yeah, I don't get it either, its like people idolize celebrities or something, then are shocked when they find out they are human. My cousin was an actor so have been around them forever. I just don't get it, why it bothers people so much
I’m actually glad to see it just shows that they are normal people like the rest of us only with different jobs I might add a celebrity that wasn’t mentioned in Audrey Hepburn 4 pk a day smoker don’t know how that delicate little beautiful lady could manage that
Because most celebrities also push for politicians that try to ban smoking. It's yet another, do as we say, not what we do, situation.
I don't think smoking is good for singers' voices.
I am a 72 year old man and when I was growing up both of my grandparents on my mother's side of the family were cigarette smokers. My grandmother died from a stroke and my grandfather died from lung cancer.
a lot of people for of strokes and cancer, young and old, smokers and non-smokers.
U going to die too bro smoke or not
True, but it feels good to give people advice on comment sections to make yourself feel virtuous.😂😂😂
I maybe a complete failure, but the one thing that I am proud of is knowing that I never touched a cigarette on my entire life.

@@ema_m14_ Nope. I just wanted to make a simple comment without any morons annoying me.
I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. I have never wanted to.
Maybe because of the way you worded your post. Why do you even need to tell anyone how proud of yourself you are. Do you think you're better than me because you never had a cigarette? That's exactly how it sounds. I never go around telling people I don't know that I smoke because it's no ones business but mine@@grimreaper6060
I'm a 70 year old woman. I can remember when every restaurant, gas station, or bowling alley had a cigarette machine. They didn't care how old that you were. By the time I was 5, my parents used to send me to the corner store for cigarettes. When I was 15 I started smoking with my parents blessing. They even had a smoking area at my high school. I haven touched a cigarette in over 30 years. I wouldn't be able to afford a cigarette habit with the price they're charging, now. Besides there's no place that you can smoke, anyway. Glad I quit.
I'm 61, but I remember that exact same thing. I just need to quit asap, ( I recently quit my 15 year battle with the bottle, so I'm going to drop the "coughing nails" as soon as I can get in the state of recovery)

@@LaVanderou812 It's sure not an easy thing to do when you've smoked for decades, but it's worth it. The health benefits happen quickly. One of the first things that I noticed(along with breathing better), is that any warts that I had disappeared. I took that as a sign that my immune system was getting stronger. Also, no more bronchitis in the winter. There's a lot to look forward to, including the money saved. My husband was a chewing tobacco user. We quit at the same time, and the money saved was, and is, very noticeable. You can do it!
Thank goodness you quit. Just thinking of smoking makes me get a headache.
I'm 43 years old & wish I could permanently quit those God-awful cigarettes I wish I'd never started 😢
You can do it my grandma smoked unfiltered lucky strikes for forty years she quit.
Only Jesus can break that habit
If you smoke, you don´t love yourself (enough), so work on that, don´t focus on the cigarette. Right now, you dislike yourself enough to smoke. Think of someone you love or admire, who doesn´t smoke and how you wouldn´t smoke if you were them. The same goes for anything else that harms you. How would you treat yourself if you were... someone else, someone worthy...
I got diagnosed with prostrate cancer November 2022. Juts finished my 6th chemotherapy treatment, had scans and it’s gone into my bladder which means having a cystectomy. I quit in January 2023 and lasted until yesterday. I enjoy smoking and got nothing to lose now

I took a stop smoking class at the local hospital 33 years ago and it worked for me.
Keanu Reeves has stated that the one thing that he cannot do is stop smoking.
He didn't start until making a movie at 30yrs old.
I quit drugs, but cigarettes are not going anywhere. I have been smoking for 53 years. I am 68 years old and so far I have had no effects at all. My family on my dads side all smoked. They all lived into their late 80s, my grand dad died in his 90s. I enjoy it, and I'm not quitting

The lovely Kate Blanchett also smokes. She was in a play where I worked and she asked me where she could smoke. I had to walk her to a loading dock that was kind of hard to get to. Her being a smoker surprised me.😮
Why? She is no different than anyone else, I just don't get why people are shocked that celebrities smoke.
Why did it suprise you? People from all walks of life smoke . I even know a doctor who smokes
If cigarettes would not want to kill me, I would have never quit. I am a non smoking smoker. Nothing better than a coffee, a cigi, and watch Supernatural. I only smoked maybe 7 years out of 68 and at least 10 sections. But a drag would make me a smoker by the morning, so no cigi for me, ever.

John Cougar smokes 4 packs a day, maybe not anymore...but I remember when he said that and his daughter who was a little girl at the time always begged him to quit
I don't know if he quit but I do believe he had some heart problems.
I don't know how anyone can smoke 4 packs a day, Bogie said he smoke 7 packs a day. The most I ever smoked was 2 packs and most of those were wasted because I was at work and would go out at break and not finish them. Very hard to quit, I haven't had one in 25 years, the only reason I'm still alive.
One of my greatest accomplishments in life is that I never caved in and started smoking cigarettes. Dirty filthy smelly, just plain low class. Also a waste of money. Here in Chicago they cost $14-15 a pack. Do a little math. Smokers have a lot of nerve criticizing us non smokers for spending our money on wholesome hobbies such as tropical fish, movies, music, ready books, etc. At least we have something to show for it.
It's true. Smokers are literally burning their money. My husband used to smoke and after so many attempts, he has finally been free fr it for about 7 yrs now.
I learned the nasty habit in college studying for finals! It kept me up & alert! I quit when my husband asked me to. He said he truly wanted to grow old with me. I'm smoke free going on 20 years.
First off you are a rude person and your very odd on top of that. You have the nerve to say smokers are low class. Well you don't know much do you., now I will expect you will never see a movie that has actors who smoke because if you do that means you're a hypocrite. As for smokers criticizing non smokers for spending money on other things, well that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. You must have a brain that works overtime thinking smokers care what you spend your money on. I am glad I have never met a person like you. You're an unhappy person who puts others down. I am a very considerate smoker, but around someone like you No way. You're just nasty
Well good for you, what a perfect person you must be..NOT.. You're not a good person at all. Smokers are low class? Well, you're low class for even saying that, and saying we laugh at you because you have fish. go to movies and have books. Well I have a whole library at my home, I love movies and I have a dog. You have fish because you can't get along with dogs or cats. Fish aren't animals. I would only criticize you because you're not a good person
Only had taken one drag on a cigarette and one drag on a grape vine after that...as a kid. That was it. One hit of Skoal tobacco made me vomit like a sick goat in 30 seconds. Never again. I was 5 years old at that point. The kid, my classmate, who gave me the latter, died a year and half ago from liver and lung cancer at 56. He had never stopped using tobacco, and took up heavy whiskey habits by his teens.

With all of the warnings today, I don't understand how young people start smoking. My mother smoked 2 packs a day, I never touched a cigarette.
It is psychology. It is illegal for children to smoke. You have to be a an adult to smoke. Children want to be adults. Since adults smoke then children equate smoking to be an adult.
Children are rebels by nature. Tell them not to do something then they will want to do it.
Nothing has changed, young people smoke because they want to, I started in 1970. No ill effects YET.. I know it's bad for me, but that's my choice. And I only tried to quit once, and it was for someone else, I didn't last one day.

*I am a proud cigar aficionada. Being Afro-Cuban, coffee and tobacco are a way of life in Cuba and not surprisingly, we live longer than Americans usually. "LIVE AND LET LIVE as long as you ain't hurtin' nobody else." Doesn't matter if you SMOKE it, drink it or eat it, when it's your time to go, God is gonna call you. People need to worry more about the DOUBLE SUGAR AND SODIUM they're putting in American sodas and food! Then you wonder why Americans have high blood pressure and Diabetes?!🤨 We've all got our thing to float our rafts, as long as we're not hurting no one else, let us live. 💯*
AND for those that have passed from heart disease, strokes, cancer... Just look at the heredity, we can't escape it. Nine out of 10 times, if you do the research, you would see most of the serious/fatal illnesses are inherited. We can't escape heredity. Sure, we can try to not smoke, watch what we eat and drink but guess what, we've all got a time to die. Let us remember, there's only one judge and that's God. We really shouldn't judge people because they love to smoke, drink, eat good or whatever as long as they're not hurting anyone in the process. Again, I say... "Live and let live."
Well said! I have seen cancer in my family from people who never touched a ciggarette. I have seen healthy people die faster than unhealthy people. I think if you are going to get sick its going to happen period! Ciggs are one of the few joys I have😂
one thing i have noticed is that smoking keeps you very thin...my father just died from severe COPD which was a combination of smoking and working in a factory that was built during the industrial revolution...he was razor thin until his mid 40s when he finally quit...but the damage was still done to his lungs...i tried one drag from a cigarette and thought it was horrific and never tried it again
*Darwinism*
Makes me so glad that I quit 20 years ago. I don't miss the awful smell of that terrible habit 😬
If they want to smoke, let them. They’re only damaging themselves. Everyone who’s negative on here should mind their own f…ing business. Judgemental, self righteous people are 100 % worse than smokers.
it's the truth!
@aussierob3860, Not True. Second hand smoke harms non smokers, who are forced to breath in nasty burning cigarette tobacco fumes. It causes nasty headaches to many non smokers as well. I know for myself that it also instantly causes mental problems, such as internal anguish(Severe Annoyance), which definitely affects blood pressure and heart function in a definitively negative way. I work outside, hauling up grocery carts, and I'm almost 54 now, and I'm more sensitive than ever to second hand cigarette smoke. I was actually a cocktail smoker myself, way back in the day, between the ages of 18-34. I was able to completely quit by just eating Alot of Spicy Foods, including V8 juice with Tabasco sauce added in. It kicked away the craving and desire to smoke cigarettes after those few beers. Eventually, my taste buds further evolved, and I just love the taste of almost all foods. Only things I won't eat are Pork(Swine Meat), Lobster, Shrimp, and Mushrooms. Cigarettes cause nose blindness. You're taste for food gets So Dulled out. So diminished. Cigarettes re-acclimate you're taste buds in a very Wretched manner. I know this one smoker who likes the scent of Gasoline..!! Yikes..!! Also, going back to my original point, I have a Cousin who is 61 and he has never smoked, but his parents did, and because of all that breathing in of second hand smoke, it left him with Chronic permanent Asthma. Another one of my cousins, basically a similar thing, it left her with respiratory irregularities, even though she never smoked.
Jon bon jovi was a smoker who quit a few years ago and recently had extensive vocal chord surgery. He's not planning another tour.
My Dad died from throat cancer in 2004 at age 84 & his last two years he had to use one of those devises to talk. I can only think what are these singers thinking when they smoke, hastening the demise of their careers.
Can't believe the Olsen twins weren't on this list they are notorious for smoking. It's disappointing to see the younger people smoke I know back in the day the tobacco companies really covered up the dangers of smoking and got a lot of people especially celeberties to smoke and promote cigarettes but everyone knows the dangers now so why would you do it unless you are trying to be "cool". Just hope their young fans aren't influenced by them to do the same stupid thing.
Let's not jugde smokers about their smoking habits concetrate on what you comfortable with.
i quit smoking in my early 20s and started again a few years on, then quit for good in my 30s. im 51 to date. i think they mix freedom and people's choice, but into day information i dont know why people begin to choose smoking. The first thing to notice, (reformed smokers), the smell and toxins. The smell of cigarette and ash trays really repulsive to me now, and the after taste on fabrics, curtain and clothes, plus anyones hair 😂😂 i think was certain notions that i quit and started aggain few years on. i quit sudden and started instantly the first time round, and i put loads of weight on!! ?? but second time i did for good. i saw a few deaths and illness caused with cigarette smoke and i didn't feel comfortable smoking, but i did it gradually and i have touch a cigarette in over 20 years.
Yul Brynner was a chain smoker and this is what he said.. in a posthumous video : “Now that I’m gone, I tell you: Don’t smoke, whatever you do. Just don’t smoke,” I hope this reaches someone out there.. If people saw what alcohol and smoking or drugs do to the incredible beauty of their body.. they would never indulge in these despicable habits
I have been smoking since 1970, I am a heroin addict who hasn't used in 24 years, but what may I ask is wrong with having a drink now and again. I will have a drink if I go to certain places, the last drink I had was my 50th High School reunion in Oct 2022. Seeing Yul Brynner didn't make me stop. People are not perfect, Some of us smoke or do drugs, and nothing anyone says will stop us from it
Yul Brynner should have also told us to not age. That deteriorates our sex appeal, drive, vigor and aptitude as well.
And if Yul Brynner never smoked?
You know some of these celebrities have stopped smoking, right?
Who cares? Do you personally know these people? So unless you do, why does it bother you so much?
Americans love their celebrities.
Obama quit smoking a long time ago, and Keith Richards quit a couple of years ago.
I remember when i was 12 and my brother was 14 him and everyone else started smoking that we knew. He was quite the chain smoker.i could never smoke as i did was cough . So i didn't do it .i am so glad that every time i picked up a cigarette that i coughed.
only when you try the first cigarette, your body rejects it, but when you f it to smoke, it gets used smoking
@@medramzi8028 every time, I wS with the guys, and I started a cigarette, all I did was cough. But, I am glad that as hard as I tried I just coughed.
@@medramzi8028 every time ,I was with the guys , I would cough ,having a cigarette. But I am glad for it.
@@medramzi8028 it was several cigarettes, every time ⌚, I got together with the guys, I would cough , but, I am glad that I didn't smoke
was the cigarette lit when you coughed? or did you just pick up a random cigarette and starting coughing?
I'm shocked at some of these people that smoke. had no idea.
Some of the pics they're showing of them are from their movies, so I'm sure if they really smoke.
Yes! Some are from movies. And some are older pictures. Maybe they once smoked but gave it up?
I heard Kirsten Dunst was a smoker. I think Scarlet Johansson too.
If people want to smoke, let them smoke. One thing I can’t stand is people judging others. Live your own life and keep your nose and judgement out of others.
IKR. And compared to alcohol smoking tobacco is practically innocuous. And no one has ever blown a red light and killed an entire family because they were smoking a cig.
All really cool people though and remember every cigarette you smoke adds a day to Keith Richards' life.
My whole family smoked growing up im 64 and never touched the filthy nasty things.
It is Sad that you have to Sit around all smokers.
Inhaling Smokers smoke also is harmful to non smoker.
Especially the carbon monoxide
My whole family smoked like freight trains, and I have never wanted to smoke in my entire life.
The best part of quitting, is when someone offers me a smoke, I can decline with the explanation... "No thanks.... if I want to stink, I'll just shit in my pants!"
I bet they all smell like chimneys.
And why do you feel the need to be rude to people who smoke. Can't you just say no thank you? If a friend of mine said anything like that to me, they were never a friend to begin with so it would be easy to tell them to take a hike
Do you mind if I use that?
Well, from here, you still stink, so congrats.
There is nothing worse than a ex smoker pretentious rethoric
No, he won't mind, use it !!
I smoke and I don't see the point, who cares? Are people supposed to say oh no? I don't care
I really don't think Lady gaga smokes. She had a cigarette at the end of her Bad Romance video but she is very conscious about preserving her voice and health.
Smoking is a very hard habit to break, especially if you've smoked for many years.I had a relative that quit smoking for about twenty years & he died of lung cancer anyway so there's no guarantee about quitting smoking!!!
They will regret ir later
They might already be regretting it now
A glaring omission from this list: Mischa Barton. She's quite prominently featured smoking either a cigarette or joint. Practically on par w/Miley Cyrus RE: their frequency of smoking.
And, it bothers you, why? I wasn't aware that you knew these ladies. You would have to be very close friends with them to make a statement like that. Pictures show a second of someones life. So how do you know they are heavy smokers?
Every cigarette is another nail in the coffin ⚰️
You know what I got for Christmas? A carton of cigarettes, my old man grabbed me by my collar and said smoke up ass whole
Half of these are literally pics of them “smoking” as a character in one of their films like what’s up Misinformation!??
I noticed that too. Doesn't mean they smoke in real life.
Hold your breath for 30 secs that’s how life will be after a couple years 🎉
I've been smoking for 53 years, and I breathe just fine
I'm a doctor and I am certain after a couple of years of smoking breathlessness is apparent. You have breathlessness but not to the extent most smokers do. Consider yourself lucky and quit!@@patricenagel9442
Same here.
@warriorsage591 propaganda much? everyBODY works different.
Smell a smokers breath and then smell a smokers ass and tell me which one is worse?
Doctor: Did you say you smoke a pack of cigarettes a day?
Me, sheepishly: Yes.
Doctor: I cannot explain this. You are 60 years old. Your vascular anatomy is pristine. You have the vascular anatomy of a teenager.
Me: 😎
You probably have some kind of very rare genetic gift. Most people won't be so lucky. Please don't give them false hope.
"De acuerdo absolutamente!!! Much' amor y paz sea contigo" ☮️💜💯
I can't believe how many singers are smokers
They forgot about A.j McLean he still smoked 🚬
I man once told me, “ Quitting smoking is EZ, I’ve done it half a dozen times “
I'm 76 this year, never smoked. Question, wonder what I'll die of? Did three tours of active duty in the operational area starting when I was 17 going on 18?
In the facts... Brad Pitt doesn't drinks, but he is still smoking hmm. Subscribed.
So tell me, what is that supposed to mean? Just because someone quits drinking they have to stop smoking? In rehab the last thing the Doctors, counselors or anyone that knows about addiction is try to get the addict to stop smoking. I know, because I went through rehab
I’ve had drinks with Pitt, I guess he gave it up… ?
@@HWG-wm8ldno, you see...Brad Pitt doesn't drinks. He might still drink. i know i drink, but i don't know if ive ever drinksed. Double subscribed. hmmm
