Assalamualaikum brother we use Adobe premiere Pro and Adobe After effects for video editing and sometimes Davinci Resolve. As for Thumbnail we use Adobe Photoshop and some times illustrator. And as for stock footage we use paid subscription based stock footage from multiple websites like envato elements, artlist, storyblocks motion array etc. And for single background loop videos we use leiapix and as for quran recitation we have our own artists quran reciter who recites in the studio.
