What I like most about this series is that it evokes very deep and heartfelt feelings in me, in empathy. These are feelings that I do not get in the real world. The feelings are surrogate yet valid. Mostly I feel that li is emotionally being stuck forever in a damaged heart for quite sometime, which later is unpredictably, unwillingly opening and blossoming into a great peonies of care and love, a feeling that requires a season to flourish.

Can someone tell me what exactly happened between Mr. Lin and female lead ? Why is she so scared of him and he has kinda apologetic expression on his face 🤔 I saw the drama but I am still confused there are too many scenes cut and it makes it too confusing 🙁😓 and in one episode he mentioned female lead was his junior in college here he is saying she was his classmate 🤔
Mr. Lin was her senior from college. He always likes her but she didn't like him. Several scenes were cut out from this drama including the end. It was supposed to be Ep. 1 - 47 instead of 1 - 41. There's a book version of this drama that will explain it better but only printed in Chinese.

She left and fell down in the rain where YuZheng found her. During that night, Yuzheng book her a room and tried to live. Under the influence of alcool and may be some drugs Xiaosu seduced Yuzheng and he had feelings for her ever since and never forgot her. That's why he has prejudice against her from the start of the relation Xiaosu/Zhenrong, that's why he said at some point that he understood love the moment they meet.Their meeting was not because Zhenrong, it was that rainy night.
