Very nice car. On the 1787hp run, I noticed the front left turn signal flash on momentarily when the run was just starting. I hope there isn’t an electrical issue with the car or somehow the vibrations are causing the light to come on.
If you guys actually understood all of vibration that goes on inside a car like this, it can literally trigger a relay from the vibration alone. I highly doubt there’s any sort of electrical issue with the car like this with the way these guys built cars. Also if you’re running a non-resistance based Spark plug, it will emit an EMP. I think any person buying this car the last thing they’re worried about is this turn signal giving a single blink during a pull going 230 miles an hour.
@@Fk8td It may have an overly sensitive relay if that were the case, as I was in vehicles with much more vibrations than this car produces (built corvettes and gtrs, gutted and dumped beneath the cabin) and they were not experiencing any of these symptoms. It may not be an issue at all for this viper, but it was something I noticed that maybe the owner wouldn't mind knowing about.
@@randallsemrau6911 There's always a chance that some drastically wrong can occur. It could be a minor electrical issue, or it can compound into something greater, causing an electrical fire. These are things that must be paid extreme attention to when building a car like this.
Yes. And you generally see more and more serious cars run either Fueltech or Mo-Tec. Being it Dunphy, Goldstone or any of the other big hitters in the FL2K, Drag N Drive community etc. Good products and much better service than Holley.
@zethloveless7238 lmfao...he has a full tube chassis viper with Steve Morris 5000hp smx... there are levels to this game if you're not educated in this game, stay quiet
You guys make everything for the ignition except spark plugs. A spark plug is .030 in. at 1500 degrees. You could 3000 degrees at 2 inches if your plug was a blue laser beam!
His Camaro he's having built will donkey stomp that viper.. and when he's all in with engines and everything got to be damn near 3-400k I don't think hes going to be buying any vipers soon lol
@@halofreak1990 Good god no! There are people going close to that power, but those engines are fully built. Stock bottom ends are not good for much more than 800-900 hp at best. Those gen V vipers are the true definition of American 💪.
That Steve Morris V10 is a piece of art. It is bad to the bone
I bet that for sale post won't even make it up and that car will be sold! Such a nice car!!!
I agree have you seen his other one its 3xs more bad ass
I came here from the listing. Wild it’s still up for sale
One of the nicest drag cars I've ever seen
SERIOUS POWER in a really nice car.
Wow! Didn’t see that coming!!!
hope to see it soon again with the ft700 plus

Remember Steve made an engine with 6 more cylinders than this that has yet to have a gearbox built strong enough for it
It's sad that that whole project was a scam. But luckily Steve was paid for that engine.
What a dream 💭
🔥🔥
Ill be honest i have never liked the viper, however this is clean and crisp.
How much

Interesting I wonder why they run ignite red e90 114 instead of the ignite yellow e98? Especially at that power level
Colder intake air temps

Hard to say. Some have made well over 2000 hp. With the revisions in this, I'd not be surprised if it can tickle 3000.
