What a genius idea: taking place during a freak storm! When I was growing up, these were already old but they replayed them on TV constantly... You either went outside to play or you sat thru commercials watching stuff like this... Cartoons had stopped playing at noon on a Saturday and now it was time to pretend you were a cowboy with a bad ass horse and a six shooter... Even the concept of a television from that time is so outdated now, but my ENTIRE family would sit in front of one and watch something together... And ofc that's never ever going to happen again since a lot of them are now gone, including my folks... luckily, those moments really happened, but being singular, it also means it's unique to your memory, so they're worth having as positive reminders of the loved ones that once were.. Most times I watch these now just to drown myself in nostalgia and don't even pay attention to plot nor dialogue
