thank you for the video =) i had been wondering for a while about plastic shinobue... but wasnt able to find a video that i could hear it played. now probably will buy one, sounds delightful.
@@MikiShinobue I just placed an order, goodbye violin, hello shinobue I can’t wait to introduce this instrument to my music community, how exciting 🥳😊😊
I have plastic 8 hon and 6 hon from Suzuki and 7 hon from Aulos (a very good recorder brand) and I like them all. I am curious about the Rippei model made with plastic and bamboo composite material, did you try them?
Thank you for sharing your experience with plastic shinobues, Daniele! Plastic shinobues are very affordable, and the predictability of the quality makes them very attractive for shinobue buyers!!!
@@danielevarelli1652 Yes, one bamboo flute I have, it cracked one year after I bought it, right before an important concert... 😵Plastic shinobues are much more durable.
Hi Paula! Suzuki shinobue is a great shinobue for beginners! It's very easy to make a beautiful sound with, so you don't develop bad habits. Here is where you can find more information. www.saitomusic.com/suzuki-shinobue. Email me your address, and I will send one to you. :)
Hi Xidena166, thank you very much for your comment! I don't know of any shinobue book in English that I can recommend. And even in Japan, most people learn how to play shinobue from a teacher or someone within a community. Unlike piano or even koto, there is no standardized way of playing shinobue as of yet so there is no standardized book that many follows. I am thinking about writing a beginner shinobue book with my teacher, even if it's an e-book, since there doesn't seem to be a lot out there. I have many tutorial videos, but I'm sure some prefer learning from a book because it's better organized.
@@sevynsyx2574 Do you have Venmo? If so, you can send me the order form! But we are having a snowstorm in Ohio right now, so I might not be able to get to the post office until Tuesday. Just FYI.
Yes, Suzuki makes all sorts of great musical instruments. And this is a very good starter shinobue. I made another video on Suzuki shinobues. ua-cam.com/video/4LcuikHN5eI/v-deo.htmlsi=0Py0gW5tBfdEPYvU. I have partnered with Suzuki so if you are in the US, I can send one to you! Yes, it's a great value! And I have other plastic shinobues, but this one sounds far better than them and is much easier to play!
Mejiro has some clips of people playing the plastic and composite shinobue's they sell. I'm sure the Suzuki one is very good.
I am ready, tommorow I will purchase the 8 hon choshi plastic Suzuki shinobue from your website
