Being cautious/aware as a snake and staying near people in public can help. Stores with open signs are places to run to for help, and avoiding isolated places can protect enough, but when a fast criminal wants to attack he’ll keep waiting for an easy opportunity to do so. This young criminal didn’t care that there were surveillance cameras around. Imagine what they do without cameras/witnesses! It can be difficult to stay totally safe, because hardened criminals are like very violent/vicious hungry beasts searching for victims, as the Holy Bible describes them!
Almost makes you wonder if “The Purge” would actually work for real to solve some of this lawlessness.
