"Daredevils of Sassoun" is C-rouge's debut single from his 4th album, inspired by the Armenian heroic epic poem and an Armenian folk-martial dance associated with the highlands of the historical region of Sassoun (located in Western Armenia), the single is also based on "Yarkhushta" (Յարխուշտա), which was traditionally danced by Armenian soldiers before battles in order to cast off fear and boost battle moral for more effective combat in battlefields.
"Daredevils of Sassoun" is a fusion of contemporary, electronic, epic orchestral & traditional folk music which will transport you to the past and bring you back to the present.
