Sunny, I really appreciate you covering a small "normal" show, not a huge fest, and a band that isn't more cookie cutter east coast metal , beatdown, macho shit. Shows like this, in small diy spaces, are what I've been playing and going to for over 30yrs now. I hate "fests", kickboxing, and all that shite. And many, many people feel the same way. There are many definitions of what "hardcore" or punk is, but dumbed down Slayer riffs and aggro white dudes moshing are not in my version. Good stuff here. Real people playing their hearts.

First 2 and a half minutes reminded me of Oceanic-era Isis. Vocals seem to be trying a bit too hard but I don't mind it. Good shit. Hope they do big things. Will support them if they play around Nashville.
Yeah... it's a nice growl but it's a bit flat imo, no intonation, the same color all the set. I think it's mostly because of the rawness of the sound. There doesn't seem to be a mix.
