Teaching Waves in the Middle School Classroom

Purdue University College of Science K-12 Outreach continues with their Summer 2024 Middle School Teacher Professional Development with a session that presents lessons for teaching about waves and remote sensing.
Explore wavelengths like those used by the Perseverance Rover to discover rocks and surface features on Mars, or by spies to decode secret messages. Several hands-on and virtual activities are included in this session about waves.
