Bruh khabib is also aggressive, literally mauls people. I know grapplers who take people down and literally sit in their guard doing nothing.
The thing is khabibs opponents are way more better and dangerous on the ground than khamzats right now, so he can't just punch them relentlessly until he has the perfect position.

For you guys not speaking swedish, a few details he said in his post fight speech:
    - He challenged Oliver Enkamp which was one of the most promising MMA swedes at the time. A fight that never happened. Oliver understandably didnt want that smoke from an unknown up and comer with such savage gym stories. Oliver just having had a short run in the UFC at this point Khamzat said: "Oliver. You were just kicked from the UFC, now come here and let me kick you" (Allegedly Khamzat even secretly showed up at Olivers gym at one time trying to spar him, but he wasnt there.)
    - He thanked his coaches and team and followed to say: "I love them. They have always helped me. Before them I was zero (Now turning 2-0) but now you see, I will be soon in the UFC, Inshallah".

So, one thing that I notice is that he TYPICALLY throws some strikes at the head JUST to get the clinch. Then from there it's almost a Judo throw from a high clinch to get the opponent to the ground where he is fresh and can go to work.
This simplifies the fight for him
Having said that, an experienced fighter will be ready for that with a knee, uppercut or COMMITTED strike through those distraction strikes by Khamzat.

The fact that these guys stand to him more than ten times what a ufc fighter does tell us sth about the real levels of UFC fighters worldwide... There are still more gems to discover in many countries.... And I imagine after the total dominance of Russian and Chechnyan fighters in ufc, some new fighters from some unknown part of the world will come out to stand to their wrestling and ground and pound levels and dethrone them. More exciting years for this sport are yet to come.
