How To Prepare A Pneumatic Tufting Gun

This is how to prepare a pneumatic tufting gun.
First we attach the machine to the spring balancer which is made for 1.2 - 2.6 kg
It supports you to tuft straight and it relieves your arms.
The pneumatic tufting gun works with air pressure and electricity.
We recommend you to use an air compressor that provides 8 bar, 200 l/min.
Here we put in a delivery wheel that makes a pile height of about 1.2 cm
Now we need a pneumatic oil and cloth to wipe
Maintenance is very important, so the machine lives much longer.
We place the yarn creel on the right side to the frame. If you don’t have one just place the yarn on the floor.
Virgin wool is the best material to work with and provides you the highest quality.
