We know of the deaths because of the records. Many states, like Idaho, refuses to allow that the State Health authority keep a record deaths of women caused by miscarriages and deaths related to child birth. Check the state law. This may also now be the case in many states, like Texas and Florida, that passed abortion laws that make it nearly impossible to receive a legal abortion and after miscarriage care in their states, and force women to try and carry dead fetuses that start to decay inside the mother's uterus to "full term."

Nothing new here! Democrats pull out abortion rights every election cycle to stir up the crowd. Trump has said time, and time again he would not sign a national ban on abortion. What a dumb question
This happened on Harris and biden watch
Republican vileness aside, what I don't get is why are doctors going along with this. Yes I understand they might face legal consequences, but their patients are facing disability and death. Medical ethics surpass state laws, and they are bound by the Hippocratic Oath to do whatever they can to save their patients. And I for one would love to see the judge that dares send a doctor to prison for saving a woman's life. That doctor would have an entire nation behind them, legal experts volunteering, fund raising to cover trial costs, and a whole lot of interest from the press. And it would be even harder to pursue if it wasn't just one but a whole bunch of doctors and medical staff. Now, who has the guts to get this campaign started? Again, it's not just directed at your human compassion, this is your actual professional and ethical obligation.
I always thought that that scenario would happen sooner than later but no doctor has stepped forward to challenge the law by saving the life of a woman who is dying because of the abortion ban. Maybe it will happen...
Because sometimes these doctors are the only one for miles, and if they go to prison, not only does their family suffer, their patients suffer, too.
Why won't Democrats release the Epstein list?

If you understand government at all you already know that abortion really has nothing to do with the executive branch at all. It is always dealt with in the judicial branch and state legislation.
Some things can't be trusted to the states. See: slavery.
Let's explain Trumps position on this in Kammie terms:
Trump wants it to be a state decision, not federal.
Is that so difficult to understand, or will all of you just continue to lie about it?
Project 2025 outlaws all abortions, IVF, and contraception. You left that part out.
It should not be an issue at all. Politics should not be about reproductive health care. That is for doctors
Problem with that is the states being run by Republican governors are banning abortion state by state with no exceptions. Trump knows this, that's why he installed 3 of those justices to overturn it & if he's elected president again (& the GOP also have either the House, the Senate or both), their will be a nationwide abortion ban with 0 exceptions, make no mistake about that. More women will die as a result of that.
It SHOULD BE THE WOMAN'S CHOICE, WHAAAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH PERSONAL CHOICE ?
Trumps IN COURTS BECAUSE OF HIS LIES
I bet you they are MORE stories of people who didn't expect to get pregnant but did and was the best thing ever for them, than this story.
So what? They're not the ones who have had miscarriages, or are carrying a dead fetus that states want them to "carry to full term" or the woman dies from sepsis - whichever comes first. How many kids have you adopted, by the way? There are thousands of them waiting to go to GOOD homes across the country. Do you qualify?
About half of pregnancies ate unintended, so sure, there may be plenty. The way you're posing this question, though, indicates that you don't care if a woman dies or is maimed because of pregnancy. These women's lives matter just as much.
