I'm getting a lots of question about ragging so I'll be honest ragging jaisa sb sochte hai waisa ab nhi hota especially AIIMS jaise institute me it's all a healthy interaction between you and your senior and I do interact with my senior achaa lagta hai exposure milta , unse experience miltaa and everyone should interact with them until it's harming you in any way be it mental , physical or social health you should enjoy interacting with your senior and agar dikkat hai to aap unko mana kardoo if they do it again you have laws for it...

Tests abhi se suru krdoo aap and koshish kroo atleast 20-30 offline tests doo jisse omr filling me and time management ki aadat lag jaaye .... Merse omr filling me galti hui thi due to lack of offline tests, mujhe koi bhi to guide krne wala nhi tha .... Practice krnaa achaa hota hai for confidence and lowered anxiety
