Trent has every ability to become a good midfielder ; passing, crossing, shooting, defending (for a midfielder), work rate, vision. If he could improve his physical a bit, he will shine in the midfield area. (He is the best RB tho)

The lack of physicality prevents him from being good at pressing, counter pressing defending, and counter attacks where speed is essential. But his other qualities and skills make up for it. So when he is on the pitch, other team members need to make up for his deficiencies.

1-2 years ago i would love him in liverpool shirt but i believe he is done in liverpool my guess. its just a waiting game for best offer to sell him. liverpool have firmino, jota a potentionally minamino battling every matchday for that position. Origi was very sloppy and poor last season and i wouldnt give him next chance. just offload him while his price is pretty solid.
