Unexpectedly I have watched this video. I'm a keralite . Very happy to hear he is working here. Many more people are here from out of state. Just a suggestion to the tutor, enforcing positivity goes long way. Statements such as learning Malayalam is difficult, since you cane to South could able to learn English aren't unnecessary. No mattter what the situation is, he's determined to improve communication skills .
If a person is not able to understand what the other is saying , clarify what was meant, its OK to ask to repeat, or ask questions. Telling him not to feel shy or feel inferior should work

Indian education system in government school are very bad. The way of teaching English is very poor. English medium students get opportunity to learn English in English medium school by father's money. Lakes of money spend money for English and personality development. In government school only problem not teach English properly. That's why people are searching English medium English medium mostly run by politicians.their only aim is to loot people money. Even though lot of corruption and bribery spoiling the state, Tamilnadu for better than any other state in India Education must be updated and innovative. Then only good for the development of the people.
