Did this for our Allstate concert as a Bass 1. Was HELL to learn but...once we got all the parts together it was so fun!
Learning this right now as Tenor 1 😅😢
Starting next week as Sop.2...looking forward to this challenging piece !
This Alleluia is amazing. The middle part is Beautiful!!!
It was a joy learning and performing this piece with the Salt Lake Vocal Artists. It gives me the chills every time I hear it :) Thank you Jake!
Thanks so much!
I sang this as a bass II a couple years ago. It was challenging, but it's one of my favorite pieces I ever had the privilege to perform.
We're singing this for Honor Choir in Great Bend Kansas. Been to KSU and GCCC. Saw Jake himself at KSU and he even worked with us with his own song! Such a great piece of music, definitely one of my favorites. Especially at 1:00 when it slows down. Such a good piece!
Frfr me too
Sammmeee
Lmao we're actually doing this at gccc rn
Same!
Learning this for AllState...THIS MAN IS A GENIUS!
7 years later and now im learning this for allstate.

@@jakeeads7768 same 💀
@@kayleatinsley5059 ugh me too
@@kayleatinsley5059 same !! what part do you sing?
What an honor to perform such a masterpiece.
Learning this song for state choir this year!
im doing this song for bcmea and i find it hella easy to memorize because the only lyrics are ALLELUIA BLESS UP
Have fun!
Lol lucky you, I however think this is a difficult song with its dynamics and tough rhythms. To me fact that you repeating the same word make it more difficult as you want to treat the next Alleluia differently to the next one.
Fabulous! I love it!!! Wish I'd written it.
About to do this for Utah All state choir. Can’t wait!! Clapping reminded me of Sing on! Dance on! Which i did for All State in Kansas last year.
I love this song so much!!! :)
Thank you for this song Mr runestad. One of my favorite pieces that I’ve ever performed
☺️
I now love know and love this song thanks to Mt. SAC's Chmaber Choir! This piece pulled me in as spon as it started. Thank you for this wonderful piece! :)
Were doing this for NJ All-State Mixed Chorus this year! I'm so excited ❤❤❤❤
Amanda A same I’m trying to memorize rn lol
My church choir is doing this for the opening of our Easter service this year !
So glad to have performed this song during the Indonesia Youth Choir camp 2019 with Dr. Anton Armstrong as our guest conductor! I was also given the chance by our guest conductor to lead the group to rehearsals for this song and I am grateful for the opportunity to do this beautiful challenging song. Thank you Jake Runestad for your music!
Just discovered you! Love this one and so many others. I'm in a chorale and will definitely pass this on for consideration. Thank you for sharing your gift.
Thank you, Barb!
I had to sing this at all state this year…it was so fun but so draining to learn lol
My choir is singing this and it's rhythmically hard but a huge payoff once you learn it
Nice...
me and my high school choir singing this for state this year :D
KY All State…. Here I come.
Why you dont post Stellenbosch Choir version. They are top choir in the world. I just curious. Eventhough, i love SLVA version more than Stellenbosch. Sorry for bad grammar.
我们正在排练这首歌,准备七月份去俄罗斯比赛,希望能取得好成绩!
anyone know how many parts this song has?

If anyone has practice tracks for this pls pls pls let me know
Do you still need em
1:35 - 2:47
This reminds me of "Kasar Mie La Gaji"
How? Lmao
2:35
0:40 - 1:05
Used to enjoy 1:00 - 1:55 during rehearsal especially the magestic part, the rest was draining.
It is a nice song, but very difficult to sing. :(
We're currently learning (BIGGEsang), its difficult but a good choir should take it :)
I learned this for all-state, it did not go well 🤭😆
Not as cool sped up... I hope we sing it slower for all state
Huh. This is a very popular piece for All State choirs. And I dislike it, don't @ me.
