Spinach- 300-400 gm
Potato-1 medium
Onion-2 medium
Green chilly-2-3 medium
Oil- for deep frying
Green coriander stems-1 handful
Coriander seeds-2 tsp
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1 tsp
Salt- to taste
Chat masala sprinkle on pakodas
Garlic-15-20 cloves
Gram flour-2- 2.5 cup
Carrom seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chilly flakes-2 tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
