I keep telling UA-cam to stop putting ads in ANY meditation or hypnotic sessions - in many territories it is still illegal because people are in a highly suggestible state and it could be really harmful - subliminal ads were banned many years ago so anything slipped in must be similarly banned.
Funny they taught us in school in 1984 ( truthfully) subliminal ads have never been banned except for cigarette advertising to children. THE CAMEL LAWS 🐫 ( remember that picture) so did the children.

I used the stop smoking cd to give up the cigs. Id fall asleep during the countdown, but I thought I'd try this one and I fall asleep before he's finished telling you to relax. I just can't keep my eyes open.

I feel like Paul's voice in this session helps to replace my persistent and unchecked internal dialogue. During the days that follow I notice an upswing of positive emotions in the moment.

I first tried this a few weeks ago and didn’t even realize I was under until he counted to open your eyes and I “woke” up! It was so weird! Did it again last night and forced myself to stay awake. My eyes closed a little and it was fuzzy, my eyes fully opened when he started counting! Such a weird feeling but really cool!

Listening to this video elicited a soothing emotional response, a rush of tears but no sadness. I also experienced eye fluttering followed by a tingling sensation in my fingers and legs. Within the first few minutes, vivid visions of my life resurfaced that I'd seen before, but have not yet experienced. As a reference, I listened during the day in a quiet space without distractions and focused on being open to a mindset shift and abundance (ie virtuosness, affluence, spirituality, health,etc). Thank you for sharing your gift.

Theres loads of these hypnosis videos on UA-cam but I don't trust them. Listening to someone say "I am wealthy" to me just sounds like someone telling me over and over again that they are wealthy but it doesn't make me believe I am wealthy. I trust Paul McKenna and I know it's working because I fall asleep listening to this but wake up at the end of the video when he says to wake up no matter how deeply I fall asleep.

I was in a movie with Dougray Scott called LOVE’S KITCHEN - HE KNOWS YOU AND TOLD ME HOW YOU RESOLVED A FAMOUS ACTOR’S STAGE FRIGHT. That actor had apparently lost his lines in a performance and said: “I must put the cat out…” and left the theatre in panic - I know Dougray said that you had saved that actor’s career.

Gosh how stupid are you! It is not that there are ads it is that the ads are in the middle of the hypnosis session which renders the session invalid. I don’t mind paying but he makes it so hard to purchase. I wish he is on itunes. But instead he has some apps that had really bad reviews. And I do not want a whole program in the app just the hypnosis part. To summarize you are stupid!!!

When should you listen to this? In the mornings after waking up or before going to bed?
BOTH is best, but either will do. Try journaling . In the night list of your to-do's, or a specific goal or concerns for that day just before you start the video. Write a positive affirmation at the bottom of the list. Maybe something like, "all is well". Or "I receive my breakthrough and find solutions today", etc. In the morning, write any insight on solutions, any dreams, or just free flow for a few minutes. Then write a few carefully chosen affirmations and return to your meditation visualizations with gratitude and see the magnificent change in your day. Be sure to note in your journal and celebrate any changes in mood, good luck, promotions, new teachers or connections you've made each day.

@Ann A if ur using ur phone drag the little red cursor to the end of the video (forward it to the end) sometimes it will hav a last ad but then when you hit the replay button its add free. I do that with all the meditations.

Paul, I appreciate this but I would prefer to listen to this before I sleep at night and not be woken up with louder voice at the end telling me to WAKE UP when I want to SLEEP. This is a great meditation but I won't be using it for the reason mentioned.
I fall asleep with it but don't wake up afterwards.
I fall into a deeper sleep than I did with his stop smoking cd 20 years ago.

Hi Paul. I've a question. Can I listen to two audios simultaneously? E.g. can I listen "I Can Make You Rich" and "7 Days To Change Your Life" simultaneously. You are using two different communications in the same audio. So can I listen to two audios same time? I know subconscious is capable of multi-tasking. So this should work. Also, because two audios will keep away conscious mind and the your great suggestions are directly fed to subconscious mind. What do you recommend?
I do it all the time haha
I am a hypnosis student and there is a technique to bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious with layers of programming. The idea is to just let all the layers play while you tune out. If you try too hard to listen in it defeats the purpose. I am sorry the technique's name escapes me right now. I would suggest your idea could work very well.
