Much better pa mag tagalog nalang dahil most of the buyers are Filipinos. Kesa MAPAPAISIP ang viewers sa INGLES at manpapa sabi na ANO DAW YUN? CONFUSING EH. @@onejuan1835 totoo yan, but take note as well Julia is an Architect she is telling the house story which is difficult, iba ung format ni sir d2, so to give more idea on buyer they must tell the feeling and mod ng space, parang your selling a bread that you dont know how it taste, wag mahiya sa tagalog mga forenger nga nag tatagalog eh, just make it naturally, your selling house they are not bought in bulk, highlight the benefits of the space
For that amount of people living there the living room and kitchen are not sufficent. It d be better to cut off that first bedroom and the pool in order to create a big open space with a decent kitchen, a living room and a dining space. Also the design choice is quite questionable.

Sorry to say but the design is poor, hideous to say the least. It doesn't feel like a house, it felt like an upgraded warehouse. For ₱65M price tag, the place should at least feel comfy. Good luck selling that
