What? The MPC auto-detects the sample key? That's it. I'm buying one. I already have the maschine mk3 and have been on the fence about getting an MPC until now.😯🤗
Just because the MPC detects the key doesn’t mean it’s correct… I mean, I use multiple websites the also detect keys for samples and sometimes they might give me different keys. So it’s pretty tricky. And those sites have way more powerful detection software. Gotta use your ears!
The thing is the sample key is not always right or accurate and you still have to find the sample key and match it yourself by ear, kind of a disappointment if you ask me.
@@malobeats I just hope akai implement the stems feature to the mpc soon kind like serato studio/serato sample has, even tho I love the mpc, I find myself using serato more lately instead of my live 2 because of the stems and timestretch capabilities of the software wich is the best all around in the market, point blank period.
This MPC is wild. Definitely want one

How accurate is the key detection? Super handy if it's highly accurate

Absolutely, you still have to use your ear and judge for yourself if it feels right.
