Its likely oven bake, most miniature artists use that over air dry. Those especially tiny pieces can be baked off in minutes and then handled/attached to the larger components without crushing them.

however long the package instructions say. Solid and liquid fimo bake for same time if they're combined

What size circle?
That clay is too soft to work with (the cake). Pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Really lovely work even though the clay wasn't the best.
