If u wanna improve aim skills its better to use no shiftlock aim bcs u can hit anywhere and u would have a good reaction time if someone tries to jump u. However with shiftlock aim the shiftlock doesnt aim at the opponent properly and if someone tries to jump you u would have to turn and hit ur skills which would take a long time. Therefore shiftlcok aim is bad for some users. Hope this helps
