Been doing circus for a few years, take anything aerials and add a spin, makes it a level harder because of how confusing it is for your body. You have to compensate for the rotation and deal with the dizziness lol
@@SpicyPepperSeed Keep checking every few months or so. Circus is getting very popular, it'd only be a matter of time before a studio opens up near you. Even try looking into pole dancing or silks- both of which are similar to lyra.

Focusing on the hoop or strap helps a lot, you also start to get a tolerance to it after a while
I've never had a dizzy problem. I just focus so much on not falling that not being dizzy comes naturally
