Get you some pink sea salt it will help your blood pressure. Also have you ever did a salt flush? Something else good for blood pressure is Hicibus tea and moringa. You can get the tea or the flowers and put it in hot water.
I’m still down in my back too & it’s very hard to get through a work day. I’m not taking none of that prescription pain medicine. I take ibuprofen gel caps in conjunction with Tylenol & even this stuff isn’t good for us.
I agree that forgiving and letting go is a tall order. But, we are without excuse because Jesus forgave when he was hanging on that cross in agony we cannot even know! That was the greatest example of forgiveness.
