Mr Ed Reeves, I must say you are a very great person. I tried to explain to my mother and wife what is my bike brake works and why it keeps oil. They don't understand. Your this video make full sense and make it so simple for everyone to understand what is the local of why it need oil or water to lift up at the other end.

Why does it look like the pneumatic system moves slower? Wouldn’t it move faster since it’s more compressible than a hydraulic system?

seems like the pneumatic system distributes force to different areas while the hydraulic system concentrates its force on pushing the other syringe

As it's more compressible, it can absorb a lot of the force without the need to immediately release the energy on the other side.

The molecules of air are loosely packed hence when you push they tend to be pushed to park together before they even transfer pressure, liquid molecules are however more closely parked hence transfer pressure faster...

use a silicon gun on the connection of the tube to syringe (the exit of syringe) I tried it and it worked
