I am retired and early on was an accountant for 11 years (with a 4 year college degree). At your 10 mins mark mentoring the young lady. When talking to financial and tax people let them know that you don't know much about finances, etc. If they keep throwing big words at you after you ask for explanations on some points, they likely didn't pass their 'job interview' with you. The advice that accounting is just adding and subtracting figures is not true (as Davie's polite reactions supported). Be sure you do not say something like that to the financial or tax person because it will politely be taken as an insult.
How do you find mentorship? im really struggling to find a business coach or mentor to even reply to me via their busines communications for their mentorship services, i get the vibe its because im a woman, as all their case studies are men. all of them.
Investing is a way to set aside money while you are busy with life and have that money work for you so that you can fully reap the rewards of your labor in future,invest wisely.❤
