Great explanation on how to tune a drop riffle unit. They just work so darned good. Mother nature had it right all along. Create a crevice and the gold will drop out.

Same here, I'm a ticking time bomb if I ain't digging or cleaning or inventing faster and easier methods. I get cabin fever before I get to the house and head straight for the porch. Nice investment you have there. I see guys making mats and molds and sticking to the box, but since 1981 I've been looking outside the box. Lots of new gadgets, but it'll all cost ya and you have to store it, tote it, explain it, and plain old justify it. I love it. 😁 Y'all keep to the inside bend, cheers. Too hip, gotta go.

I know the gold where I’m from is a lot smaller Than what you were running there. It just goes to show you , really take a good look on the materials we run. Could you take a screw driver and just run it across the trenches in your mate to remove the over burden. Wouldn't the gold get caught further down the mat with less light material? Just asking a stupid question not knowing what I am doing.
